Meeting Rooms

Library meeting rooms may be reserved by Thomas Ford Memorial Library cardholders for their nonprofit organizations. You may check the Library calendar for room availability. Before requesting a room, please read the meeting room policy (PDF). If you are a tutor, please read our tutoring policy.

Study Room A has one long table, and is media-capable.

Study Room B

Seats: 3
Study Room B has one table, and is media-capable.

Study Room C

Seats: 1
Study Room C has a counter-style tabletop.

Study Room D

Capacity: 5
Study Room D has one long table, and is media-capable.

Board Room
Main level
Capacity: 10-15
The Board Room has a large conference table around which 8-10 people may sit; side chairs accommodate an additional 5-7 people.

Program Room
Lower level
Capacity: 50-60 seated in chairs, approximately 30 seated at tables
The Community Room is an open space that can be set up in a variety of ways to meet users’ needs. A small kitchen for refreshments/coffee service is located in this room, as well as tables, chairs, a projection screen and equipment, podium, and whiteboard.
