Groups using Thomas Ford Memorial Library meeting rooms should have not-for-profit status or be eligible for not-for-profit status. Use of the rooms by commercial entities to promote the sale of products or services and by individuals for commercial or purely social events is prohibited. Thomas Ford Memorial Library cardholders may apply. The Community Room holds up to 80 people sitting/standing, but only around 50-60 seated. The Board Room holds up to 15 people. The Study Room holds 4-6 people. You may use this form to request a room.
