All Thomas Ford cardholders receive a PIN when they sign up for their library card. This PIN can be changed at any time from the My Account page. Log in to your account and click on "Account Settings" towards the bottom of the page, then choose "Reset PIN."
If you don't remember your PIN, you may be able to reset it if you have an email associated with your library card. To do that, visit My Account and click "Reset My PIN." You will be asked for your complete card number, and then an email with reset instructions will be sent to the address we have on file. Be sure to check your SPAM folder if this email isn't easily found in your inbox.
If you don't have an email or the reset link doesn't work, please email or call us at (708) 246-0520 to have a staff member change your PIN.
