Thank you for your interest in presenting a program at the Thomas Ford Memorial Library. Please note our policies for library programs:
- Programs must be free and open to the public.
- Programs are for education, information, and entertainment purposes only.
- Presenters may not sell, take orders, or collect information from attendees, with the exception of authors and performing artists, who may sell their books or CDs.
To propose a program, please fill out the form below. Due to the high volume of program proposals received, we are unable to individually respond to each inquiry. Library programs are generally planned 3–6 months in advance in seasonal blocks, so proposals may not be reviewed until the next planning cycle. If accepted, a librarian will contact you.
