Spend the evening with Chef Susan Maddox learning and exploring the wonderful area of the Mediterranean region. The program will feature Grilled Zucchini & Pepper Fattoush, Seared Salmon with Provencal Essence, Mediterranean Couscous, and Citrusy Lemon & Raspberry Pot au Crème with Caramelized Italian Meringue. A great way to enjoy the culture without having the jetlag!
