Are you freaking out about upcoming exams, college decisions, or just everything else high school students have to deal with on a daily basis? Don’t forget to breathe! Yoga instructor Kim Luther will lead you through some simple stretching and techniques that will help nurture your mind and body at stressful times. Come to either or both sessions!
