Meet Carey Cranston of the American Writers Museum

On Sunday, November 12 at 7:00 p.m. the Thomas Ford Library Foundation presents a talk with The American Writers Museum’s Inaugural President, Carey Cranston. A limited number of tickets are available, and can be purchased at the Library for a $10 donation.

The American Writers Museum opened to the public in Chicago on May 16, 2017. Through innovative exhibitions and compelling programming, the museum engages the public in celebrating American writers and exploring their influence on our history, identity, culture and daily lives. The goal is to educate, enrich, provoke, and inspire the public.

Inaugural President Carey Cranston will give a talk with time for Q&A to discuss the museum’s role and how its unique mission will work to excite the writers of tomorrow.
