Join the Western Springs Library Friends for a cooking class at Fuller's Second Floor in Hinsdale. The class will be on Fall side dishes. The fee for Friends members is $45; for non-Friends members $55. Payment is due at time of signup; please register at the Checkout Desk. Whether you're an experienced hostess looking for new ideas or a novice who has just been thrown into hosting one of those upcoming holidays, Thomas Ford has something for you! Join new reference librarian Annie on the first and second Mondays in November to make your own party crafts, discuss possible themes, menus, and music for your shindig; and trade tips, tricks, and, yes, horror stories with others! You'll find the Library has a lot to offer your next celebration (Don't worry, we won't crash it)! Sign up at the Checkout Desk to reserve your spot! Limit 20 participants, a small fee is required for materials.

Give your family a gift that will bring them together! Sign up at the Reference Desk to make a personalized board game. Create trivia questions about your own loved ones, a decorated game board, and individualized game pieces! Your family will love reminiscing and learning about each other this holiday season! Limit 15 participants.
